My cute little Jakie is all grown up...24!!! Its always fun to have another reason to let Jake know how incredible I think he is. He works so hard for our little family. I couldn't be more grateful to have such a fun, funny, and loving husband. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAKE!!!
